• Clean with a soft cloth to maintain the original, lustrous finish.
• Please remove jewelry beforee washing hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hair spray, soaps and lotions as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of the parting, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
• Put on jewelry last when dressing, and take off first when undressing.
• Avoid contact with water.
• Avoid hard contact (e.g. knocking against objects) which could cause scratches, chips and other damage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Perfectly Average, we aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied at all times. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND:

• Final Sale Items: Purchases made on items listed on sale, using discount codes, or gift cards are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

• Colour Variation: Please note that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Differences in colour will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.

• Hygienic Factors: Piercings such as earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic factors.

• Unboxing Video: We advise you to make a video of opening your package at the time of delivery to expedite your claim.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting exchange requests at the moment. However, you can request for a return. 

RETURN FOR COUPON CREDIT: 

Procedure: 

• You have 48 hours from the day that you receive your package to initiate a return for coupon credit

• Email us at enquiry@perfectlyaverage.in to file your request

• Kindly use this format for your email’s subject line: “Return Request for Order #(order number goes here)

• Please let us know the reason the for the return

• We will initiate the return for you and charge $15 for the same

• We will notify you via email when the return is initiated. Kindly keep the item(s) packed in its original packaging for the pickup. 

Processing time for Coupon Credit:

Allow us 10 days working days to receive, review and initiate your coupon credit. Email notification will be sent to you after it has been processed. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

• Item(s) in original packaging with all tags / invoice / labels attached.

• We do not accept returns for damaged item(s) due to misuse, neglect or improper care

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We will only accept return requests within the 48 hour window from delivery date
